Chocolate Shells (also used for ganache’s and caramel’s): 

1.     Belgian chocolate contains sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, Emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, Natural vanilla.    A. Milk Chocolate (Min cocoa 33.6%).  B. White Chocolate (Min cocoa 28.1/ Min milk solids 23%). C. Dark Chocolate (Min cocoa 53.8%), D. White chocolate with caramel (min 30.4%).

2.     Colombian dark chocolate 70% Palenque:  contains sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, Emulsifier; Soy lecithin, Natural vanilla.  

3.     Italian chocolate contains sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, skimmed MILK powder, MILK whey, cocoa mass, Emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, Natural vanilla.  A. Milk Chocolate (Min cocoa 33%).  B. White Chocolate (Min cocoa 36%)

4.     A. Vhorhona Guabja 70% dark:  cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract.  B. Tanariva Lactee milk 33% : sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa beans from Madagascar, dried skimmed MILK, natural vanilla extract, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavour.   C.  Caramelia 36% (caramelised milk chocolate):  sugar, cocoa butter, caramel 20% (skimmed MILK, whey (MILK), sugar, butter (MILK), natural flavouring), whole MILK powder, cocoa beans, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.  D.
